I have an older model 30. Both the brine line and the discharge line have water coming out in all positions of the actuator. How to fix?

If you turn the disc to the brine draw, which is only a few clicks, and check the brine line. If it's discharging and not drawing start working backwards. The first thing I would check is the Venturi, making sure it's not blocked, but as a general rule, whilst you have the valve open, change the seals, comes, quad seal etc and it is very likely it will solve this problem.
