Hi there, I got restricted due to my WhatsApp Automation (guess this happened during some testing of my product). After I requested a review I got the message that it was restricted by an automation and they removed it. But when I re-check it is still restricted (I checked the dates and the "approval" is the same date as the "restriction"). I wanted to create a new business account but it says I reached the maximum of accounts (super weird...because before I could create more than one? And currently I have only one and cannot create another one) Than I though I will delete my current account and create a new one...the thing is that I have linked two WhatsApp Application to it and I am not able to remove...as it says its restricted...but during deletion of the account it says I have to remove the Apps (so I am in a dead loop)... You may need to just use a friend/family members account to run ads. If you’re unable to detach your fb page from the old biz manager then you may need to create a new fb business page. With the right guidance this is no big deal and you can have your ads up and running in no time. We’ve done it for ourselves and many of our clients.

Appreciate you making this video! I've been swirling for hours trying to fix this. Looks like I'm locked at the personal account level, but when going to the support link the option to contact them is no longer there. When clicking into more detail the only issue I'm seeing is "some ads rejected". However, when I click in and set the date range to as far back as it goes (Jan 2019), no ads show up. I'm guessing these are extremely old ads from 2015ish, but now stuck in a swirl since I can't see them and can't contact anyone. Any ideas? Hoping to get this account fixed versus using someone else's. Thanks!

@@lawalvictoria6204 yes it resolved now but it took nearly a month. I made serval complaints on different options on Facebook and on meta. At one point i gave up and start working on organic customers, after a month when i checked my account issue was resolved. I didn't received any emails or anything.

My personal account is restricted and support has reviewed twice with no success. I don't want to both my boss with the scenario can I make another personal Facebook account with a different email to run my ads out of?

You can but they probably wont let you run ads immediately since its a new account. The account will have to mature a little bit.

Just watched your video... its to the point and fast paced ...love it ‼️ ... I have an issue with my Facebook PAYMENTS on FB and Instagram which was disabled because I shifted from Europe to Asia... They asked for a statement but I am unable to provide the same as my online banking OTP goes to my European number which was disconnected 3 years ago when I moved, what could I do ? Is it possible to add a new payment method with the bank I am using currently in Asia Thanks

​@@RichFromAnywheremy bank has a device which sends a code to my phone number its a European bank , I do not have that European number anymore so unable to access the code sent and they do not send the code to an email, however rich when i create a new facebook manager can i use an old facebook page which was attached to a restricted ad account or should I create a new page also Thanks for everything

@@davidfonseca7061 I would try to disconnect your old page from your old business manager first to see if it will let you. If it lets you then, yes, just connect your old page to your new business manager.
