How to fix a Timex IndiGlo Watch

This is a basic Timex WR 30 M watch that no longer works due to a dead battery. In many cases after the battery has been replaced, the watch still does not work. Most Generic stores will replace the battery and says the watch is no good because it is still not working. Here's why and how to fix it.

Thanks for the video. Mine is a Timex Ironman IndiGlo. I tried your method to reset using a thin stainless steel flat head. Although the reset was carried out but the IndiGlo light did not turn on Perhaps it was spoilt after all. Thanks.

Thanks, put a new battery in my watch, still didn't work. So I ordered a new watch but will be sending it back because this video helped me fix my trusty timex and now I can keep using the watch I like!!

My timex expedition chronograph watch indiglo lights activates everytime i push any buttons, i think it is broken.

You pressed the crown for a long time and activated that night function. Just press the crown for 5 seconds until the dial flashes again and that function is deactivated.

Hola! Compre un Timex de segunda mano que lleva bien el tiempo, pero el Indiglo le falla, solo se ilumina un poco debajo del 6. traté cambiándole la pila pero sigue igual, que podría hacer? Notas importantes: 1 la pila por si sola parece botarse del reloj, no se queda en su lugar, al abrir el reloj casi sale volando, hasta que se hace presión con el sujetador del plástico interno y la tapa trasera es que se queda en su lugar 2 Además, la tapa trasera parece ser la de otro reloj, ya que marca una resistencia al agua de 100 m, mientras que en el dial del reloj dice 50 m. Muchas gracias x leerme ojalá me puedas ayudar, un abrazo
