Yes. I would keep your coin mechanism at least half way full to remove that message, if you already followed those other steps as well.

Thank you! Our employee pop machine has been stuck on use exact change for MONTHS. And the fricken manager wouldn't do anything. Me and the office manager finally decided to try to fix it ourselves and got it done in 3 minutes thanks to you. Leave it to the girls to get shit done.

Next time make sure you coin mech is full and check bill receptors for any bill jump or Dirty or take the cassette out and press the yellow or white button below the letter on the coin mech presset 2 time and the foot coins need they are gonna start moving and put it back in and I clear you use exact change

Do you have any software that tells you the inventory or status of the machine remotely?

I personally don’t have the software that tells you which items from your machine is being sold but you can pay extra money to get that extra perk. Let’s say your credit card readers supplier is Simplifi ( Who I go through), if your like me you can only go on their website they’ll provide you with and give you your username and password. Once you sign in and go to your sales report, it will explain that you sold 5 items for .85 or 10 for 1.25 and so on, that option costs me $5/month per machine and that alone gives me a huge idea of what kind of inventory I need to bring in the next time I stock my machines.

Why can't u install hidden web cam that has an app that u can peek into on the app

@@londonbsingYou would have to watch your camera for 24 hours to see what was sold for that day or you can get on Crane Simplifi’s website and from there you can see what is being sold for one day/week/s after you make your planograms on their site.
