Sir please help eStudio 5018A the main tray the paper not going up sometime go up but after one copy automatic going down what problem. 2. A4~R paper jam always but after the pic up roller and the process is complete. The problem is the paper is only inside not going to last/ exit pick uproller please help

@@technographprints how to check o know if the sensor is working. I see two sensor it possible I will change both to one another or I can transfer the other to confirm if there is problem from sensor or not? Thanks...
