Don't forget to reboot your phones after you either uninstall you latest Android web view app, Google webview app or the one that worked for me. The Google Chrome app. Uninstall the latest update. Restart you phone. Mine is running perfect now.

If you cannot uninstall android web system, then going into your apps and disable chrome browser. Worked for me.
