I have been suffering from this issue for a while now whilst playing warzone, I kept thinking it was my gpu thats about to die as its around over 5 years old and sadly the current market for gpu's is terrible so upgrading isnt an option right now. However after looking up this error I tried this fix, I installed the directx, restarted then I did option 2 just to check if everything is okay and that found problems which it fixed, ive rebooted and will now try and see if it happens again. @@syedsr356 i fixed it, basically. search up how to update drivers. for me it said all mine were updated so i clicked on search for updates or sum. itll ask for two options click the bottom one. and then some are gonna pop up. just install all of em. itll take some time to install them, for me it took like 15 min. once theyre all done, restart.

I installed Directx and also used that first command: sfc /scannow. After that I restarted and now it's fixed for me. Not sure which of the two fixed my problem but thank you nonetheless.
