How to fix AMD Radeon software is not downloading updates.

My issue is that I can't find Radeon 3700x on the finder whatever so my download does not go anywhere. I ain't trynna hear that I got a CPU and it doesn't need an update. Just update windows or whatever like nah. Obviously, there are new drivers and Radeon software tells me I'm running drivers from 2019 so that's bs. And I can't even take the long way to download them cuz the website doesn't have my ryzen thing. So much pain
