you have to pry it out with a screwdriver. just pull on it with hand and find the clip then use flat head to take it out

I got mine from eBay. I had to buy the wrong door and installed upside down. Still works til this day!!!

My bad. Basically you unpop it from the bottom and lift up.

@@lees_garage I'm doing it now , start with two Phillips screws from the handle plastic shroud , one you have to dig out from a hidden square tab , first pull off the two left and right upper window shrouds , reveal a screw or two , after you get the Phillips from the hidden tab there is the handle itlself , it had a retaining clip , don't lose it . then square handle shroud comes off , another two screws one near top , and then a 10mm bolt and the bottom , then you can lift door interior panel up and off , peel back the moisture guard carefully to get inside door and there is an upright bar of plastic keeping the latch assembly from being removed , two 10 mm bolts there and it comes out and then the latch part comes out and you can remove the latch and replace with a part you didn't realize you had to order until now that you have the door completely disassembled , yay , things to think of , what will happen is like me you will come home from work on a Friday and the last thing you want to do is work on your damn shitty ass van like me right now ...

Lol mine does do anything. It just spins freely.... Yeah I think the lock itself is fucked. Much less the child safety is rusted in place so I removed it
