way 1: disable play proctect, way 2: if u have the app installed but wanna update with a apk, or change it, uninstall the app and after install the apk, way 3: check if your device is 64-bit or 32-bit and see if it matched with the apk, if not, then u cant install it, way 4: check if the apk has the same arm as ur phone, if not, then u cant install it, way 5: go to settings, security and enable install unknown apps, way 7: if ur storage is full, clean data to allow it to install. Hope this helps!

To fix this, 1st: you must have enough space to download it, 2nd: if its still app not installed its because of the file where you download it on the website which it has problem, 3rd: delete the file and download the app from the other website. It worked for me since i download Minecraft in an1 then i go to monster mcpe. If it doesnt work im sorry. I cant help and this is my only method.
