@@andrewweston9393 So I found that if you turn off base running opportunities for your player in RTTS the stats towards your program will count to get diamond and all that. It’s some kinda bug with the base running POV where, say you got a hit which puts you on first. The second you see the screen of your player on base the stats will not count and be voided. Once you’ve turned off your base running opportunities which is located in “Settings” then “game mode specific options”, then you can hit and field like normal and get your stats. The only other thing you MUST do no matter what after each game is return to the clubhouse. If you hit “play next game” at the results screen then it takes your player off the servers. So in short, do the following.. 1. Turn off base running opportunities in settings “Game mode specific options” 2. After each game return to the clubhouse Hope it works for you too dawg🤙

Wow I was angry I was stuck at 64 but this takes the cake. Try equipping perks equipment from the community market. I grabbed a bunch of cheap silver gear, a gold bat and, gold gloves. And a gold perk. Spent 10k stubs. But my overall is at 64 now and he’s much improved to my personal liking.

But I restarted (which i know sucks) and tried being a starting pitcher with 3B as my secondary and I got called up to the mlb like a month after my first season at 68 overall

Been playing since The Show 17 and I will say that this is the worst RTTS year yet, I'd recommend playing other games till SDS fixes this game. I don't think changing difficulty will help as there are no difficulty bonuses like 2k.

Turn off base running opportunities in the mode specific options and do not simulate anything. That fixed it for me in Rtts. I have always simulated base running. Maybe simulating opportunities breaks the game.

Additional steps that have been helping me continue below. I have progressed 10 games in a row after doing more than just what this says, including one game as pitcher. Both loadouts progressed accurately. I am afraid to quit the game and test that it works again, so I am gonna ride this will it's working and will edit/comment after I try to repeat the process. Do the DD one at bat technique as soon as you log on, and then... 1. Go back into RTTS, hit the BACK button (double square looking small button on xbox) that brings up a column of options on the left side of the screen. 2. Go to inbox. Right bumper to settings. Last setting is "missions." Make sure this is on. 3. optional - check your rtts progression numbers that are stuck and write them down. 4. Play a game, but DO NOT EVER use the "sim to next appearance" option, whether it's the option that comes up after each play along with the "watch whole game" option, or the one in the pause menu with the 6 tabs at the top. a. after each at bat, if not on the bases, let it go to the screen with the lineups that show you each at bat. Hit B to skip to your next appearance. 5. Go back to club house after each game. Not sure if this matters, but it's what I am doing. Haven't tried to duplicate this, yet as I am gonna keep playing as long as it works.

this game was such a failure. as a long time baseball fan who plays xbox i had such high hopes,but it flopped. servers nonstop crash,theres attribute lock to 50 like anyones gunna do anything with 50 power and 50 control hits when you come against the other team having juiced stats. the pitching and fielding is ok,but ive seen than atleast 80% of the community on posts and twitter or reddit etc say the batting is so overly confusing and too hard even on easier difficulties. such wasted potential as im guessing most people already deleted lol

The other thing that's not tracking are the individual stats. My plate discipline has been 30 overall for an entire season despite doing successful challenges and getting walks. Same for power vs left. Statistically speaking, it's impossible for my power vs left to not rise at all over 300 batting appearances. It's still at 30. So my overall barely goes up. Over an entire year, it only went up 5 points. This has to be a bug.

my player doesn’t show up in diamond dynasty. Also in diamond Dynasty he shows as a relief pitcher but when you look at his card it says starting pitcher and his overall is 55 but if you go into road to the show he is a starting pitcher and he is level 60 so I have no idea what’s going on.

Players: Can't we just get like, more ways to interact with our teammates, or really have a decision making system that feels like we are having an effect on our team? SD Studios: ..... we also added in these totally generic Sports Broadcasting interviews and shows that really don't seem to work because they don't mention players or teams, and most people are going to skip them because they don't want to hear general statements about someone the broadcasters may or may not be talking about...because it's really general statements and background noise. Players: .....I mean...it's just starting to feel stale a little bit, and you're really not making changes that better the game play. Do the sports shows actually talk about things my player did in the last game? Do they actually like, break down and analyze how my player reacted in certain situations? SD Studios: .....We added a new pitching system into the game also that is meant to be both challenging and rewarding at the same time. Players: Ok...but, I just rea- SD Studios: ...and your favorite commentators are back with the same comments you've loved over the last 5 years. are you having to do this every time you turn on the game? i just noticed i havent got a single program and i already finished AA, AAA and almost to the end of MLB after getting called up in september almost through the first season really sucks , they need to patch this and give us credit for what we have missed not hard for it to look on our character stat sheet to pull the information.

Excellent video! Can someone please point me to a good tutorial video of RTTS first person throwing mechanics to 1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base and home plate? Can't find one? First time I've played this game and can't seem to figure it out. It's certainly not like dynasty mode.

if im trying to level up the archetypes as fast as possible should i be doing 2 way playing or should i set it up one way, and make hitters and pitchers one at a time, or should i work on both archetypes at the same time?

How would this work if you’re a two way player? You’re RTTS player is a position player only.

Any word on what to do if you ALSO have the bug where your RTTS player doesn't show up in DD and instead is replaced by a 65 overall Joe Random that doesn't even play the same position? Basically makes this fix useless. How have none of these been fixed even now, on July 28, 2021? Did EA take over and no one heard about it? I have legitimately never been so frustrated with a game and the team surrounding it

Im having a problem where I can't switch archetypes between games... I press a different archetype for my pitchers after I player second base then the game after im starting pitcher... even tho I select pitcher archetype it won't switch over...

I accidentally removed my 4SFB because the of the bullpen workout. It showed new pitches and I didn't realize you can only swap with the pitch slot IT chose not pick a pitch you want and then the one to replace it with. My 2 way player now has Vulcan change, change up, and curve ball. There is NO WAY to delete this mode wide created player even if I create new RTTS. I'm stuck with this chastised pitcher now. This needs to be fixed. I also hate that I cant create multiple RTTS players. I used to play a real one and then a funny one with my daughter. We would make him UGLY but you cant do this anymore in this game. This is horrible.

Just make sure you leave in between games and it won’t happen. I’ve been doing it all day and has been fine.

Just play some dd. Download or create garbage team roster for 1 team, play them a couple times and get ton of xp
