I got the black screen of doom and I didnt know if my phone was charging. I did a hard reset while the phone was charging and the light went off then on again but the phone still was black. Took to a repair guy to replace the battery and still a black screen. I was thinking its a software or hardware issue or the motherboard. Repair guy is doing everything he can to save my phone but I fear its dead for good. UGH hope u can maybe help me
