I am a woodworker as well as a furniture refurbisher who enjoys your channel. To help alleviate the problem with the soft brass screws stripping, many woodworkers will in addition to drilling a pilot hole, use a steel screw to first cut threads in the wood, then remove and replace them with the “pretty brass screws” afterward.

This was just a stunning refurbish. Your talent for putting design elements and colors to the right style is exceptional. Your pieces are always my favorite. I love all the neutral tones and interesting parings of the hardware. Very upscale. 💯🙌💕💖

This was very helpful! I have a little table with bubbles. I started sanding. But didn’t think of putty. Thank you!

It will make ALL the difference Joni. You won't even know that it was bubbled. Good luck and have fun. :)

Beautiful! I love how well the two-tone look of paint and wood (or faux wood) goes with this style of dresser. And the hardware is perfect!

This is beautiful!!! I love it!!! I also agree with those darn screws that come with hardware! Most of the time they are trash and cause more problems . What I do though sometimes is not using a drill to install which helps to a degree.
