Same here!. My case have battery but when i put the earplugs they don't charge :c and also the led indicator show no signal. If i charge the earplugs while the case is conecting in the usb all works just for some minutes :c

Thank you. I found out that the problem with low sound of the right bud was the dirt collected on its sound outputs. I cleaned them with a small brush as you did and the problem got fixed. Before that I reset and reconnected it to my device.

Hello, Generally speaking, I recently lost the case for these headphones because I was wearing them and then the case fell out of my pocket. And they were left without the case for several hours. And when I finally put them in the case, just show me in the settings that the left one doesn't seem to work even when I charged it and the line just shows up. I did all three steps but nothing works, help because they are literally new, not even a month old pls help 😭

Hi Karen, did you try to clean it? in the most of cases cleaning speaker and cleaning 3 mics it will work. use baby toothbrush that its soft gently use to open up small holes on earbuds.

Pro tip: if you use a Xiaomi device, and suffer from low volume on these buds, Go to menu > sounds > additional settings Then disable Dolby Atmos, play around with hearing adjustment and maybe apply a specific headphone adjustment. This made my buds output much louder !

Resetting actually fixed them. Decent instructions. I'll go one step further and suggest before pairing them to switch region to India or smth if you live in the EU since we have guidelines on headphones and the maximum volume is throttled . Since doing the whole process (clean, reset, region) they are actually louder than before 😚

I bought these Xiaomi Earbuds 3 Pro I wanted to use for meetings on Windows. When I try to select the earbuds hands-free mic option on any app it just freezes. The same happens when I try to run a mic test on Windows settings. The earbuds work great on Android and also just for listening on Windows. But the system does not recognize the mic. I have read a lot about this issue, there is a lot of advice out there, I try almost all of them. It is just so frustrating to buy a "good" product and it doesn't work out of the box. I have also read that it just doesn't work, there is no way of making it work. I had a pair of JBLS before, they worked, but the sound quality for calls was robotic and weird. Have anyone here ever used the Xiaomi Earbuds 3 Pro on Windows for calls on Slack on Meet? If so, how did you set it up?

During a music session my left earbud all of a sudden stopped functioning, except all of the gestures still working. I've tried resetting them, and charging them 100%. But I've discovered, if you apply pressure in a very specific spot, the earbud starts playing music again. So i can conclude that the speakers aren't damaged, since they work fine. The same about the battery, and the communication module, since they can turn on,change anc mode, pause/skip music, and (if pressed correctly) actually play sound i took out the rubber thingy and discovered that when i push with my thumb against the side of the speaker the music plays. im sensing the problem is the ear sensor. what do you guys think ?
