This method works. If it still don't work take the condenser filter looking thing, out at the bottom by releasing the two blue clips and washing the whole filter. Then put the filter back in. Then take the other filter out , that you are advised to clean after each wash, and look deep down from where it came from and use a hoover hose or find something that fits down in that space and clean out all that clothes fibre blocking and clogged up in the vent. Also when drying, clothes do not overload the drum.

I've got this dryer and it might help people to take the plate off the intake under the removeable cover at the front below the drum on the right hand side.. Bit of a weird design but mine kept cutting out after a few minutes. I looked at where the air was supposed to be going in and there was a great big white plate over it. It looked like the machine had been breathing in its own hot humid air. I took this off and it seems to be running fine now. Hope this helps.

Mine was doing exactly the same, my partner went back onto the video read through some comments and found the problem is actually the plate covering the intake at the front underneath the removable cover.

Worth making sure the filter is clear but also the condenser needs to be clear as well this might be caused by overheating

I have the same dryer and used to have this issue and did the same fix, but now all the lights have gone out, and the sound it makes when you move the dial, or press a button is very quiet. Nothing i do will get it to work.

If mines is anything to go by it’s probably full of lint inside. You should take the top off (after making sure it’s unplugged!) and clean it out

Be very careful with this advice. This guy is correct, resetting the overload trip switch does work, but it means the main thermostat next to it has failed. Because of this it will not trip again, meaning the heater at the back becomes red hot because there is no active thermostat. At best your clothes will smell like a barbecue, at worst it causes your clothes to catch fire….worse still your house. It’s tripped for a reason and you should never ignore this. Replacing the thermostat is easy and cheap and this is all you need to do to fix it. You can order them from ransom or some other parts provider. All you need is the model no which is on the inside of the door.

I should just point out that you’re wrong here, the switch will continue to trip as and when the circuit becomes overloaded (when the machine over heats) and has done for me and many others. When the switch and or the multiple other safety controls fail the machine will not power the heater. See my latest video on this. Appreciate your concern though and well played for alerting people to potential fire risks 🙌

The beep is just it changing to the cooling part of the cycle it’s normal as mine does it too

@@Generalclink no it’s not sorry to say as it’s random not set pattern to it can beep three times sometime four and a different time apart even from the start of the cycle as far as I can figure out from Google it’s a bad control panel and to be honest it has never beeped when changing to the cooling cycle. Good thing it’s insured can just get them out to it
