How I fixed mine was I was using either hotspot or tethering from my phone and getting the error. The fix was to turn the phone off and back on.

No one has said this yet but there is a chance it will work for you disconnect your account and reconnect (Make sure you have the password and email before doing this)

->advanced settings->settings for QoS-> tick both boxes (DSCP and WMM) and press the button restart xbox. For me the problem has never occurred anymore since i did this.

Y’all I was having this issue for the longest and it turns out the issue was my vpn :| so if nothing else is working and you have a vpn enabled then that’s most likely your issue

After I restarted my PS5 it worked but something else you can do is disconnect and reconnect and you might have to do it like 1-3 times but I usually get it working by then Hoped this helps

Update!!!! somehow the problem fixed itself, it appears that the issue was the update not actually completing the installation,, you know when you log into the game and then it prompts you it has to restart the game? That’s where it went wrong it was not prompting to restart the game but somehow it fixed itself. I’m not sure what I did.

@@JetRandolph yo so you have to install the call of duty: modern warfare III Warzone that's how you can play rebirth and battle royal the other one is call of duty modern warfare III multiplayer to play the mini maps and stuff but instal the Warzone one for rebirth

You need your own internet box, connect it directly to your ps5 or whatever your playing, and there you go, problem solved. Make sure your the only one connected to the box also.
