How to fix dead pixel or stuck pixel

Is not always possible to fix a dead pixel or a stuck pixel, but before to trash your screen, watch this video and maybe you will fix it. This may works with every screen: TV, smartphone, VR headset and so on. This could also fix stuck pixel on Quest 2.

META QUEST 3 FIX, IT WORKED!!! I had two dead pixels in my left lense. I played the ten minute flickering on this video and I no longer have dead pixels!! Did not factory reset. Thank you!!

@@ImonCrack729 The head set i bought turned out not to have dead pixels. The current owner left it in the sun so the lenses melted parts of the display, leaving yellow smudges in a few places. You should definitely still try it though. It could work for you

I had a stuck pixel red one and I did what you said I rebooted the system and it fixed it so thank you that vr quest 3 was not cheap and was only two days old.

well i bought a MSI Raider Ge 78 witch was 3000 euro and when i recive it from the start i had a blue pixel on the top right, i called the manufacturer for a replacement and they told me that for only 1 pixel replacement is not aplicable, it has to have 3 or more stuck\dead pixels for a replacement.... what a great buy... from day 1 with problems

Gotta love buying an expensive Asus 32 inch IPS monitor and immediately out of the box has a stuck pixel right in the middle that won't go away no matter what and they won't cover it under warranty because they are a scumbag company and require 3 pixels for replacement... So I guess it's 900 dollars down the drain.

Tried this on the quest 3 and none of the 4 dead pixels came back. Neither did factory reset.

I just got an Asus Rog Swift pg32ucdp monitor and I commented on reviewers of the monitor and apparently none of them have this issue. I just got mine last week and on the second day I had a stuck white pixel, it went away after I clicked on the pixel cleaning mode and then it came back 4 days later, and again went away after I clicked on the pixel cleaning mode. I would rather not deal with getting a replacement and wonder if this is really an issue because it seems to literally go away for days after I do the pixel cleaning for a few minutes.

my tv was flickering a bit when i turned it on but i stopped but today its flickering while also theres a line on the left that was white and black, sometimes grey and white in lines and stuff when that happens my screen like becomes smaller like when connected to my ps4 and the line appears the things that were behind the line get shifted to the right a bit resulting in stuff that was on the right getting cut off a bit

@@TemploIFDAV Colored pixels usually stay the same or fix themselves over time. They don't grow but you'd be lucky if it turned black, less noticeable.

MacBook Air 2019 has 3 pixels that are completely dark. @@LaBaiaDiBen almost everyone I saw complaining about this says they replaced like 4 times and there are still some pixels. My case isn't really bad, the only time I actually see it is on a completely stationary black screen so I don't think about replacing it rn, when I game I didn't see them even once, it's almost like they only become green on a black screen. So far my Quest experience wasn't altered by malfunctioning pixels at all so if it doesn't get worse I think I'll keep it
