Does your phone pass safetynet? If not then it won't work it's clearly mentioned in the description. If your safety passes but you are on the stock ROM with an unlocked bootloader then you have to either root your device or lock the bootloader.

Use the ADB method to install apps that Android 14 normally blocks due to a low target SDK version. If your device passes SafetyNet and the Play Store isn't certified, you can either root your device and flash a module or use the video trick mentioned here.

I'm not sure if it's related, but I had a similar issue on my Pixel 6. When I installed Nethunter, my CTS profile failed, and the Play Store became uncertified. However, once I uninstalled Nethunter, the CTS profile passed, and the Play Store automatically became certified.

Chinese model with global ROM? then the bootloader will be unlocked. You have to lock the bootloader to pass the safetynet.

Yes, locking or unlocking the bootloader will wipe the data. Different phones have different methods for locking and unlocking bootloaders. Maybe you can lock the bootloader using mi flash tool
