Success!!! Mine took 20 self cleaning cycles with many refills of plain water before dirty water started going into the dirty water tank again. Several more plain water circles resulted In a normal ‘cleaning cycle complete’ status. Thanks, Amanda! I wouldn’t have known to stubbornly repeat the cleaning cycle without this video. Phew!

They instantly emailed back and had me ship it to them and fixed it within 10 days. 10 worst days of my life as I rely on my tineco sooooooo MUCH. This evening a year n some after the first incident it & it started doing this again. I watched this video and it blessed my life. I'm glad you appreciate my videos. I'm sorry that your cleaner is giving you trouble and that tineco hasn't helped. I was part of a tineco Facebook group for a while, I think it was run by tineco. It may he another way to contact them?

@@TheNeurospicyMama They never bothered to answer or try to solve the problem, neither Amazon nor Tineco Spain. They answered me from the company that manufactures it, I suppose as a girl, because the last name of the person who signs the email is Chinese. They tell me that the repair will cost me 85 Euros. That I have to pay in advance, However, on the website where the repair is paid IN ADVANCE it says: "This payment link only includes the repair cost." Who assures me that after paying they tell me that the Canary Islands DO have to pay? It cost me to bring the tineco from the peninsula to the Canary Islands 78.85 euros. I have been calculating: 78.85 to send it for repair, 85 for the repair (although the guarantee is still valid) and another 78 Euros to bring it back home, a total of 242 Euros, it is too much money. I have looked at other brands and there are them from 200 Euros, my former Tineco will go directly to the trash, and I will buy another brand And I am definitely divorcing Tineco, it has been a bad marriage. I just got mine running again by whacking the part between clean and dirty water tank with my flat hand I think it was just stuck now it runs again

Had problems with mine for over 6 months- continually get the clean debris channel and dirty water tank message. It’s had so many deep cleans , I’ve lost count. The self clean programme doesn’t complete. The charging base fills with cleaning fluid and overflows. I have been in contact with Tineco several times- each time they just say give it a clean, as you showed, and it makes no difference. Not happy.

Yep...I am having the same problem , it just dumps water all over the floor and will not vacuum up, the same when it is in the base in cleaning mode. Too much money for these kind of problems.

It is a wet and dry mop. I use a garden hose place it at the hole where dirty water tank would go. I also soak everything with 10% bleach for 5 mins rinsed and dry.

I have the s2 pro 5 and I am having so much difficulty attaching the dirty water tank back on the vac mop after I’ve emptied it. I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult to place this but I’ve struggled with it. Any advice??

No advice. Sometimes it takes one or two tries, but I usually get it in without much struggle on the one I have.

That's a bummer, sorry. I still absolutely love mine. I just used it a few minutes ago to clean up a really gross mess. So worth getting it out than trying any other method (in my opinion.) It comes apart easily and is just so fast to clean.

Do you think that cleaning by the brush roll was what made it finally work? I put a brand new one in to see if that helped but it’s still stopping mid self clean.

Turning upside down and clearing out the clog under the roller brush is what fixed it. I thought I'd cleared it from the top originally, but there was still a clog I couldn't get to until turning it upside down. Hope this helps!

I have lost that tine white filter on the dirty tank, the white one plastic, I just bought and im so angry. I cant find any name for it and where to buy, can I use it without it, or replace it with something else> What is the purpose of it. :( please let me know what to do. No you have to buy the all dirty tube, but I need to fligh to Germany for that also because in the country we leave there are no tineco in sell. I ordered on Ali express. I think it will not be original but, it still work without it. The peace will come to me after 25 january do you think the machine will be broke soon if I use without it :(@@TheNeurospicyMama

Well my S3 is going strong still so I don't see a need to upgrade. Hopefully this one will last still a while longer and then at that time I'll most likely upgrade to whatever model is in my price point.

Mine is leaving puddles of water and when I did the self clean cycle it left all the dirty water in the base! No water at all in the dirty water tank. Nothing is clogged. Any ideas?

And you checked the clog from the bottom too? I thought I had it cleared and then realized it was still clogged. Otherwise, I'd contact the company. Mine is almost two years old now and still doing amazing. I'm sorry yours is giving you trouble! 😞

Have you reached out to Tineco? Their customer service has been great for me. After this video mine stopped working again and I was frustrated, but I realized a piece of plastic had clogged it from the bottom, when I removed the roller. Now it's working perfectly again. Over the year plus I've owned it, mine had hardly given me any issues.

@@fin3000a I'm sorry to hear that, I'd check to make sure the entire bottom isn't blocked. I got a bread clip stuck in mine and that took me a minute to figure out! If it isn't clogged I'd contact Tineco right away!

This vacuum mop is a piece of garbage. No well-engineered appliance should have issues like this thing does. Less than six months of use for us and it refuses to work even after cleaning the dirty water tank.

Why would you say that? I love my tineco, I own two Tineco machines that I bought with my own money and I absolutely love them. They are a couple years old and work amazingly.
