Tuve el mismo problema.y lo solucione cambiando el dispositivo USB a un USB 3.0 y listo pase juegos de hasta 80 GB sin problemas

Solusinya ganti hardisk,saya setelah ganti hardisk sudah tidak kena masalah itu lagi

hello, the solution I did to the error CE-36244-9 is to download the game directly to the external disk through Jdownloader, unzip it into the external disk and install...then when they install the update fix it will show another error 36434-0 that will repair with this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXWloaydbKidm6s In the last part of the video it gets stuck when you repair them at 84% but the file is already finished and you can transfer it to the external drive and I was able to install 2 heavy games and the fix... it's a solution that worked for me
