Nothing in the KZbin tutorials worked, what I did was plug an old usb wifi thing (tp link) that I used before on my computer. It basically allows computer to have a WiFi not an internet and as soon as I plugged that in, the Ethernet kind of recognized the WiFi and I was able to use my internet again with my Ethernet cable. Nothing else worked for me so and I know that not everybody has an old usb WiFi thing but if somebody does and is reading this, try this it worked for me

Disable the Ethernet in settings, unplug it, turn the off router, plug in Ethernet and then enable, and after turn on the router and then all should be go to go. this helped me and hopefully it helps you guys.

Sadly, nothing of these methods work. Internet worked absolutely normal until it suddenly stopped working and now it I literally can't fix it. The WiFi is working, it's just that internet on the PC doesn't work.

@@Mari-fd6ku Yep, but I can't recall how I actually fixed it. The problem was fixed after the day I wrote this comment, probably seems like a router problem or something. I can just remember that I restarted the router many times, used the troubleshooting feature on Win 10 and ran a lot of cmd prompt commands, and it somehow fixed itself. Go into router settings through your browser and try restarting it from there. Also try clicking a restart button on the back of the router. Try connecting the cable into another LAN port. Hope this will help.

I'm using a powerline adapter and all of the sudden, the connection could not be re-established anymore. Connecting the ethernet cable directly to my notebook from the router, fixed this issue. I was able again to use the ethernet cable coming out from the powerline adapter and bingo all set and done (working again)

If you are like me and having this Issue with the New Verizon router (the one that looks like a white capsule) try hard resetting it. It should be a small hole just below where the power cord connects.

*PEOPLE WHO STILL DONT HAVE THIS FIXED* Try to see if you have more then one Ethernet cable in the router, take the Ethernet cables out of the router and restart your modem and the whole wait 30 seconds thing then plug everything back in (not the Ethernet cables) and go back to your pc, wait a few seconds or even a few minutes and look to see if the Ethernet is connected. If it is then this means that your modem is either working too hard and can’t handle all the Ethernet cables or it is that you have 2 PCs under the same account causing confusion to who has the Ethernet. Ask your internet provider about this being the potential problem and if it did work for you then great.

July 25, 2022. None of the steps indicated here worked for me. What resolved my issue was to change the slot where my LAN cable was inserted (from slot 1 to 2) and run the troubleshooting feature of windows for the internet and it worked! Not sure if that would be helpful to anyone but you can try it.

I lose the connection ,get the message from the troubleshooter but it resets itself, and that's that. Over in maybe three minutes. Seems to happen randomly. Usually 2-3 times a day.

Are you sure? I checked to see if it was my network interface card but it says it is working properly. I even tried different ethernet cables and nothing. Only my computer does not work, but everyone else's in the house does so I don't think it is the router or modem either.

When I power my computer on the internet randomly works or it doesn't. If it doesn't, I get this No Valid IP. Today I noticed in Device Manager that "Intel Management Engine Interface" had an error of STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. I uninstalled it and tried to scan. Device Manager froze so I restarted and the internet decided to work. The Power Failure error was gone. Not sure if this is a permanent fix. I think it is tied to a Windows 10 update earlier in June. Unfortunately Windows wouldn't allow me to rollback the updates.
