I finally figured it out…It was bothering me for a year You need to log in into facebook on normal browser,chose desktop mode in browser in those 3 dots on too right on google chrome….Then on facebook in browser change active status to on and it will work i promise you,i just did it my self…So i came here to let you guys know

Guys it’s simple go to settings, scroll down to Date & time settings Then go down and change the format from LA to SA Joburg, all gon be well

Maybe you got restricted but same I'm doubting to my fb friend I try to send him chat message from him but he didn't seen it yet and his active status idk if I got restricted or he turn off his activity status but in my another account his active status is always open but in my main account his active status is off but I'm doubting until now.
