A thing that might help. Since yesterday I was receiving this error. Today (atm 22/03 15:49PM) I still had the issue. I switched accounts and I didn't have this error on my second account. When I logged to my second account and then back to my first one I didn't have the error. This might help.

for anyone that still has issue , for me it solved by just going into windows firewall and allow both riot client and LeagueClient for private and public networks so allow everything and it worked

If the servers went down during your game (and not after, e.g when you were at the stats screen) you wont lose mmr and lp.
