You need to fix the nut on the central hinge after adjustment. Second point: Please dont use grease on the rollers or inside the tracks. The grease is collection dirt and dust and makes later more issues

As a fellow delivery driver for Amazon my door went out on me on Christmas Eve couldn't get it through nothing. Literally popped out of the track it looked like the top dropped and the lower part of the door was out of the groove. I gotta back and be able to finish my shift but I need to know do I have to pull the whole thing apart to fix it or can I just line it back up

See your problem is that it's a Ford Sprinter. You should have got a Ford Transit. The body and parts will work better when they are compatible.
