Thank you for tips very helpful I am getting an intermittent problem with the button on the outside it’ll work and then all of a sudden you’ll have to hit it twice to get it to operate work again replaced batteries anything else I could check and thank you again

You should demonstrate or atleast show the location of what you are talking abouy

Resetting power is only temporary fix. Buttons hard wired. Any other issues that could cause it to not work? Thanks for the video!

Got power to unit above door, new batteries, dip switches are programmed correctly, red light is strobing when I push the pad, still no action.

I remember someone showing me a few years ago that if you hold in the button for a few seconds, it can beep 5 times. I don't remember if 5 beeps means "all good" or if it means "low battery." Do you know ? Thanks !

We're using a senior swing 70183. It's "bouncing" when it reaches open position and closes immediately. Any ideas?
