Thank you for the information. As a female, I didn't know that I have high pitch. After checking from voice analyser app, I found that, when I was trying to lower my pitch, it's affecting my fluency. How to balance that? And also, when I am trying with deeper voice, it's still from min 170 to max 216Hz on average.. Should I need to do more deeper?

This will come with practice, at the start, since your focus is on pitch, your fluency will suffer. But the more you practice everyday, you won't have to think about pitch then.

Nice explanation but sir can you explain in more detail for boys can overcome from high pitch voice. like female voice in male known as (puberphonia) how can we shift from high pitch low pitch

Hi Dhirendra, it's the same thing for boys too. Just the other way round, try speaking as thin as possible, keep a female voice in your mind and try speaking/imitating that, and speak softer

I would suggest once you have checked for all the speaking tasks, and you are speaking at the correct pitch level everytime, no need to do it again and again
