I think if you have an SSD and huge amount of ram (16 GB or more) it's not so necessary to disable superfetch. If you still using HDD than it should be disabled. Disabling progs in startup tab could end very bad (if you accidentally disable some '"strange"' process like rundll32.dll or soundcard app etc.) If you clear everything in disk cleanup your system will generate new thumbnails (and system will lag during this process everytime you open new folder, especially with many photos). So not everything is a junk. I mean of you suggest to delete or disable smth, than maybe you may explain why user should do it and what problems may occur. Or someone will kill their PC :) It's just my opinion, your video is nice
