How to Fix Hoover Washing Machine Error Code E02

My Hoover had an drain pump not working. I changed the pump then it came up with E02 but the water is coming in ok. Now the area around the dial is becoms hot and I can smell burning. It comes up with different errors. I have disconnected it. 😢 I think it is packed up.

I have an E02 error on my hoover h500 and water is coming from the solenoid but on one side only is this right ?
