Hello, mi printer model P1102W doesn't have that lever! I suddenly had that error 52, it had been working fine for years. Now, I opened to see if I can fix it, but no lttle plastic black lever in the scanner 😮. So some models don't have it or what? I already looked everywhere to see if it fell out. My mind is blown... help?!😢

i did everything from this video and printer still doesn't work. Still erroe 52 and both lights on the printer are always solid lit up. What else do I need to check?

Perhaps your laser scanner is damaged and needs to be replaced
