If the Apple ID in the settings of your iPhone is greyed out or disabled then let us see how to enable it. If I go to "settings" here and if I see the Apple ID is greyed out. If I try to tap on it, I can't. So what you do is when you are in settings go to this option "Screen time". Scroll down. Select this option "Content and privacy restrictions". Scroll down and select this option "Account changes". Now you have to enter the password for the screen time and right now if you see for Account changes it is set to "Don't Allow". So select this option Allow and then close this one and once you do it, restart your phone and after you have restarted the phone this Apple ID in settings of your iPhone must be active. If I go now you can see the Apple ID is active and I can go inside this Apple ID.
