I found a fix! Make sure to have their email(imsg) attached to their contact. Then start a new message with the same person, but make sure to pick their email this time! Hope this helps!

Some messages will send and say “delivered” underneath, and then some won’t say “delivered” underneath and those are the ones not going through. Idk why only some go through and some don’t.. seems like longer messages are the ones having trouble sending. It’s annoying as hell, I’ve already went to message settings and have everything on.. sent the same message to myself and it went through, so maybe it’s the other persons phone? Idk, but don’t really wanna reset my network settings.. also everything is off (Bluetooth, WiFi, etc) except network connection.. should I turn the network off and WiFi on? Maybe it’s a problem with my network? I have 5G and all 4 bars tho...

It’s because of the connection you or there’s. When the message sends while it’s being sent if your connection drops and the person’s drops as well then the message will be lost in space

the way i fixed mine was by literally following the second process as show in the video, except instead of only checking if its on. I turned mine off, then back on again and it started working. Gl to you all hope this helps

How to fix this? My ldr gf had iMessage working earlier now it says send as text message. I don’t know what’s going on. iMessage works from her old number but she doesn’t have it anymore and called me from her old number but her current number says send as text message and she has iMessage turned on. If I'm using apple device, then it shows my chat bubble in blue. And if I'm using non apple device then it will show my chat bubble color in green... Then what's the point..?? 😂😂 It should show blue color for opposite person if he is using the apple device, then only it make sense.
