My case is the python in venv is a symlink to the system one, so pylance is still complaining not found module from the venv's site-package

So i have solved my problem, actually i was trying to create the conda envirement within the project folder. thats why the dependencies were not installed properly. the problem was solved just by creating the conda envirement outside of the project folder using cmd the VS Studio's terminal. and then installing the dependencies. and now its working fine.

my issue still stays the same. I am not using a virtual interpreter on the system and clicked on the recommended path. the 'warper' lines under "phonenumbers" in the import phonenumbers function.
