right way is to plug terminal into the selected unit and hit active button on circuit board( little red button push in) circuit board will light up and go active. then go to hand terminal and hit the arrow buttons from left to right quickly. then you will see display come on and then hit arrow down to parrell all slide hit start. all slide will be zero position when completed. if it gives a single slide with a ? mark that means the slide parameter is out and can't find zero. use arrows once again and find single slide adjustment. once entered use arrows to cursor over to stuck slide and adjust parameter. it should be 0.00 for zero position move number to 0.000 and hit start. now this slide is moving to new zero parameter. once finished hit exit button twice and reboot press this will store new parameters if you don't reboot then the press it will not recognize the new input and it won't be saved and return back to last store setting.
