Using Instagram lite was the only option for me to use react with emojis to messages

In France either you can't find it on the playstore but I downloaded an apk and now I have the reactions plus I can select which message I want to answer to (specifically) it's working

Same here on IOS.... had it working normally for years then had to delete phone and re update... now emoji reacts not working
