I just came back to tell everyone that all you have to do is make sure your keyboard toolbar is turned on. Just search for keyboard toolbar in settings🤷🏾‍♀️

Hey so this is how it worked for me u have to search keyboard and then at the top click keyboards and search emoji then click add keyboard for the new iphones
