You can update your phone to fix bootloop without losing data. Run iTunes and plug your iPhone 7 to iTunes. Then, press and hold both the Volume down button and Side button until you see the connect to computer screen. Next, go back to iTunes and you should see a pop-up message. Click Update to update iOS. Maybe it's a brand new second-hand phone. Because a boot loop rarely occurs to a completely new iPhone unless you've dropped it down.

If the battery sits for a long time and drops below a standard voltage it won’t charge so you are basically powering the apple logo and whatnot from the power source. You’ll have to replace the battery or if you’re knowledgeable up it’s voltage where it excepts a charge

HEY! Do you think you can help me? I managed to plug my phone and to click on restore but it gives me an error message telling me that i cant restore my phone because i have no disk space left on my phone. I also have to mention that i only have two options : to either update my phone OR restore and update my phone. iPhone 7 Plus was over-loaded. I ignored the ‘memory full’ messages and continued with taking pictures and videos until it stopped me from taking anymore videos.
