Minhas aulas eu sempre preparo um arquivo com páginas saneadas e tal ai eles estudam o conteúdo respondem as questões e postam a foto das respostas

Sim, isso é possível, mas dificulta a correção. Como sugestão, peça-os que colem a foto num google docs, assim você já vai poder corrigir no próprio documento.
