Great videos, Dad. Our problem - after descaling, put pod in (multiple times) and only clear water comes out. Not brewed at all. It’s like the water is bypassing the pod. This is a Supreme brewer, with multiple top needles. Any thoughts?

It sounds like your bottom needle basket needs to be replaced. These can become distorted over time from the heat or it might not have been made correctly. They can send you a new one. It's not that big of a part and it's easy to change.

I would call Keurig customer care at 866-901-2739. This could be a known issue Keurig has with this model of Keurig. I have had other viewers with the same thing. When they called Keurig some of them said Keurig knew about this issue and sent them a new Keurig. They have great customer service. I think you will need proof of Purchase. So sorry this happened. I hate it when someone follows my directions and then it breaks their machine. I am so sorry.

Mine is doing the exact same thing you’re describing. I tried to make a cup of coffee and only a small amount came out and it turned itself off. So I opened the top and the kcup had a huge hole in the top! Coffee grounds all inside. Now it will not brew or descale. It just turns itself back off.

I purchased one on November 1st and it has been working just terrible almost from day one. Half the time the top needle rips instead of poking a hole. So the cup is FULL of grounds. Sometimes it only brews about 3 oz on the 10 oz setting and the part the k cup goes into is full of hot water. Is it as simple as the bottom needle being plugged after just a few uses? Why doesn’t it poke a hole instead of ripping the top open? Sorry for the rant, I’m just disappointed. I’m going to try your tips in the morning.

I have also read in some reviews that if you push the pod down onto the bottom needle before closing the lid this can help keep it from overflowing grounds all over so this is what I have been doing since I got the machine & I have had no problems yet. Maybe this would help with your machine.
