If you need peformance, you must select off for ultra low.. but vsync must off to.

Instead of prioritizing the maximum FPS, it focuses on delivering frames 'just in time,' which reduces the delay between input and on-screen response. While this doesn't intentionally lower FPS, in GPU-intensive scenarios, you might observe a slight drop in FPS as the GPU prioritizes lower latency over maintaining a larger render queue. I think that would only be convenient when playing online or if you have frame generation enabled by an external application like "Lossless scaling" for example.
