1:13 There is a much simpler (and possibly SAFER) way to do this, Go into your PC's settings. Search storage, and find "Delete Temporary Files" Self Explanatory on what to do from there (Note: This might not work on Windows 11, as I am a Windows 10 user, same with Linux and any other PC Company)

If you are on a 1920x1080p moniter, you can go into settings and change it to 768p to reduce a lotta lag

Lag and fps are 2 different things, you could play at 60 fps with bad lagging. You got it all wrong.
