my LG UHD tv is stuck in boot loop but it is not consistent, some days it cooperates and turns on while other days it stays in a persistent boot loop for hours on end. I have already tried resetting it to base firmware and updating to latest version from the GUI of the tv connected to wifi. I have also tried power cycling tv by pressing the only button (power) while the tv was unplugged for a few mins. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Hello, after a recent software update, my LG 50UK6500 from Costco approx. 2 years ago has basically lost its smart TV functionality. It won’t run any apps because it states they need to update, but I every attempt to use the LG store or any smart TV feature and it just crashes. Also, navigating the menus is extremely grainy and the text is distorted and mostly unreadable. All that being said, any sort of HDMI input is crystal clear, so it is only the smart TV features that are unusable. My hope is to revert to a previous version, but apparently the more recent updates to webOS make this impossible. I've already reset settings unplugged and held the power button etc etc

I have one query. Recently purchased nano86 55 inch. I have noticed one thing let me know its problem or normal. When I shut down tv with remote red light glow then Again I switch on it switches on normal but when I frequently do on or off tv takes time to switch on after pressing remote button says 5 to 10 aeconds. Secondly I was using lg thinkq app. Tv got freezed n restarted. Should I call service or ask for replacement

Hello I have an LG 47LE5400 UC and after a firmware update on my laptop my monitor quit working. it powers on and shows the LG logo but doesn't respond to input. the remote works to turn it off and on but it ignores everything else. I've tried unplugging and letting it sit for a while. I tried using a FAT formatted usb drive with the firmware on it and it doesn't respond to that either. When I plug in the usb i dont get any lights on the usb which lights up when its connected to my PC. Its basically just stuck on the LG logo screen and wont do anything. Is it a bad chip?

With mine most of the time it won’t come on at all but the green power light is on. When it does come on the picture is great, sound is fine but it will reboot back to the LG logo and reboot to whatever we’re watching. It does it so often we can’t watch it usually. Sometimes it will go maybe 10mins or so sometimes it’s every few seconds it does it. Would that be the power board or a capacitor?

If you have the first problem, first disconnect the antenna cable and then the power cable. then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. then plug in the power cord. The TV may not work the first time. try again. When the TV turns on and the no signal logo comes on, the TV will improve. If you plug in the antenna cable again, the same problem will occur again after a while. I haven't tried it yet but if you use an external satellite receiver the problem will be resolved.

My LG TV when I press power button, the LED light starts blinking as if it's booting up but there is no picture and no sound. The red LED light just keeps blinking slowly and that's it. What could that be?

@@Not_really unfortunately not it keeps turning on even without me turning it on from the remote or the actually TV. It then proceeds to show the logo then a grey screen then back off again rinse and repeat. Unlock with yours?

loved this problem fix idea on you tube ..enjoyed the video. i don't use any tv features i only use hdmi from my pc ..recently it has started to do a cycle . The sound stops and picture pauses then after that there is a black screen like a reset and there's a LG logo and back to normal. some times it does it every 2 mins sometimes every 20 mints, sometimes it just works normally. but it is defanatly getting worse .

lg smart tv 32lj573d after resetting tv not loading in to home screen after pressing the power turn on button red light blink 3 times then very dim lg logo it takes 2 mins to start then c01 number comes on the left top Conner then it shows this message Loading... it will take about 30 seconds to load Home and restart

I tried putting the firmware on a USB to plug into my TV but because it keeps rebooting after the logo, it never gets to load the drive. At one point, my TV actually manage to make it all the way and it asked me if I wanted to install the firmware from my USB but by the time I held the remote, it rebooted again. It never went back there again. Any ideas? I have a LG 49LF5900 model.

Hi my TV is stuck in some sort of boot loop, it's an LG TV with only 1 button on the TV which is power. I've tried unplugging it for a while and plugging it back in but as soon as its plugged back in the boot loop restarts. Is there a way for me to factory reset this? I cant get into the TV settings because of the loop.

Unplug the tv power cables for 10 minutes and recheck the issues. If not work then try to reset manually the tv. And reinstall tv firmware update via usb drive. If not work that’s hardware issues. Hi, my LG 65 inch tv will not go pass the initial setup screen after I had done factory reset on it. I had done that because I lost sound on my tv and the apps stopped working all of sudden.
