Thank you, well explained and perfect calm voice for that. I had the PUK number but no idea where to find the PUK page. If you don't know, you wouldn't think to 'waste the last attempt for the PIN' which then has the PUK page show up behind that. It's not obvious if you don't know. I searched my sim card and put the puk Code in , after that it asked me to put a "New" code and so did i but after it asks me to put The New code again, I put it again but it doesnt work it says i need to put The puk code again, what should i do? I have a locked eSIM (not physical SIM) asking for PUK and carrier says they don't have access to eSIM because it's a part of iPhone's software. Apple says the carrier has to provide it!

Mine is showing up that the pin is blocked after I did a factory reset to sell it. And Metro saying that they can't give me a number to get past that so you're saying that I could put in the PUK code would be the same thing? Cuz I know when I did a pin lock for my for my SIM card lock in the settings it gives you three attempts and for some odd reason it wouldn't take those and I use the same four numbers on a lot of passwords and stuff so I know it was the same one and then also they had a shady person working at Metro at the time where I heard that they were taking people's info like that and that's why I used it the lock so I don't know if they're able to get in and change it or something

the "Unlock Company" doesn't exist anymore, prob because you shouldn't have to pay a fee for a code, Your carrier can provide a new PUK code
