How to Fix Low FPS in Warzone 4

7900X and 7900XT and 140fps. Bruh you should be pushing way over 200. You should turn on variable rate shading too. Shader quality medium? No it should be LOW. Shadow quality should be very low or low, normal at max. Basically everything should be LOW/OFF, like you have a 270hz monitor and you're playing on mouse and keyboard with 140fps. Dude just no, you gotta fix that shit. Also turn rebar off in bios. Set gpuuploadheaps to false in the config.

I think that has to do with the AI profane filter/moderator in the voice chat, it's still a program running in the background, it's running all the time looking for certain words and whatnot and probably the engine that they build the current BO6 integration is older and before they implemented this. This is why we also have slightly slower movement compared to the BO6 multiplayer and why ground looting is also somehow slower. This is at least how I explain this with the voice chat and overall issues with current Warzone. I believe MP and Warzone are running on different builds of the IW9 engine and the Warzone one uses some older version, probably from around 2022, early 2023 before all the MWIII updates and optimizations. That's why they also gave us the S01 Urzikstan, they're using an older build of the engine which is messed up after all BO6 integrations.

Completely agree, that was one of my first thoughts when playing this. Also the AI filter mostly like is client side and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were running other weird things not necessarily for a good game experience in then background.

One thing I found along with the voice chat issue was switching to Battlenet . I was originally on Steam but made the switch to Battlenet and it was a Night and day difference in framerate. Couldn't even break 110 on Steam but Battlenet, I'm getting consistently over 220 FPS.

10600K 2060 super 2020 built, settings all on very or or low, I had already done this and it got me from 57 fps to 67 fps. Unfortunately was not enough to solve the low FPS issue entirely in my case, thanks for tryin tho, appreciate it.

what’s weird is this doesn’t change my frames at all on battle net. consistent 165ish. but on steam i get about 80. and this did help on steam get me to 120s. still missing 40-50 frames by playing on steam with the SAME settings at on bnet. make it make sense…

Why do you have such high settings? On low settings, the graphics look identical and give much more fps. I recently bought a card that is slightly weaker than yours. I have a 7900XT and a 7800X3D processor. In Warzone I have over 230 FPS on low textures and it looks very good. Peace ✌

I believe the game is CPU intensive, the X3d has a larger cache of memory with less processing cores.

In wz3 I had about 100 fps, in wz4 I have 80-90 fps (laptop with 3070 and R5 5600H low-middle graphic settings in both wz parts of game)

I actually noticed the beginning of wz3 spamming keys would crash the game. And mwz if you look at the tornado it would half your frames

I played WZ3 on both a 7900 XTX and a 4090, easily got over 200 frames on both GPUs with high settings at 1440p. Now with BO6 integration I struggle to get 150-160 with low settings on a 4090. This has to be a server issue and is complete bullshit they cut corners after all the money they made off of us.

I have 5800x and 4070 super, only in the big map it drops me 130fps to 70fps from one moment to another, the game becomes unplayable, the CPU time for some reason goes from 6 to 10 with intermittence.

Yep try turn on cpu timing in interface it tripples when you turn on proximity chat its bizzare almost had heart attack on my new pc with 80fps

You get that 130 15 fps with 7900 xtx, it's still too low in 1440 resolution, I have 7900 xt version and in Warzone 4, I get 290 to 340 frames, which is still not good, and in Warzone 3 it could be over 400 fps They should fix the bugs of this game, both FPS and foot sounds and other things

@@kns9924 yes it did I got roughly 80-90fps on average on steam, on battlenet I get a solid 150fps with the same settings, only issue I’ve noticed on battlenet is much more frequent stuttering. Just make sure to restart shader preloading after changing your settings and reset the game. I had to do it a couple times for it to work, but after I did it ran much smoother on battlenet.

Bro please help. I have a 3060 laptop with i7-12700h. In warzone, my CPU time is over 100ms and it bottlenecked my GPU as well. I get 15 fps. It is unbearable. This doesn't happen in menu or shooting range or smaller maps. Whenever I play warzone I get 20-30% CPU usage and CPU time is 100ms plus. I don't know what is causing. End of the day bro, it's a laptop. Don't think a 3060 iGPU is equivalent to the desktop version. You probably need to invest a bit more for a decent rig
