I have this problem that whenever I open any media player app it crashed without any error and it happened with every other windows app please make video about it!!

my windows media player is laggy i tried everything but nothing has worked tho i have a work around i just use the "movies & tv" player instead of the media player and it works perfectly not lagging at all

I still have the problem when I try to open any video/picture it gives me this message windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have appropriate permissions I have tried giving every account on here the permissions and, I have reinstalled the media player many times but the issue still exists.
