How to fix missed rows while beading a hatband

Here is a technique to fixing rows of beads that you may have missed. This occurs when you are weaving your thread back through the beads and happen to slip under the column string instead of on top. This results in the beads bot being secure and popping out which can be very noticeable when tied on a hat. It also looks unprofessional.
