I had this message on my phone that lasted 2.5 hours. The alarm just kept pinging. I had gone out for dinner but turned around and came back because the noise was so annoying. The bus driver said over the intercom to turn off the radio to whomever had it on. She was talking about me. I got back home, and I then tried using a hair dryer and spraying the phone with canned air, to no avail. In addition, the phone would not shut down after rebooting the first time. I went online and tried alcohol with a cotton swab. Still, the phone would not reboot or leave the "Warning unplug the charger immediately" pop-up. However, I could still hear my notification alerts. Therefore, I knew the phone was not broken. Nonetheless, I wanted to take a hammer and just crush this phone, an A-34 Samsung. Finally, I tried holding the power button and volume down button for longer than usual, and it then booted right up. I had tried to reboot several times, but I tried using the screen by tapping twice to restart or power off. I later found out what had occurred. There was no moisture or foreign material in the phone. I had charged the phone while using my high-powered juicer in the same outlet. This caused the phone to overheat somehow. In addition, it was 84°F outside, maybe hotter inside since I have no air conditioning. This is the only phone out of four where this has happened. This Samsung phone is very sensitive, for whatever reason. Anyway, *problem solved.*
