How To Fix Motor Mount Chirping Noise On Honda Pioneer 700

Got a 2017 700-4 with 1200 miles on it from an equipment auction 3 weeks ago, believe I have the same type of chirp / squeak. When I get time gonna clean it and lube up all those spots thanks for info.

I commented on your previous chirp post and I too did the silicone grease trick but it didn't help...... I keep white lithium on hand for hitch balls and will be trying this tomorrow. If it solves the chirp you'll be my hero!!! Drives me NUTS!

Thanks for coming up with the fix for the sqeek noise I have a 21 700-4 will 100 miles mine started to sqeek at 13 miles i have looked everywhere for a solution .

I use silicone grease for the caliper glide pins. That white lithium grease gets dry and won’t pick up dust and dirt so that is good under a off-road vehicle. I hate noice like that one you fixed, I can’t unhear it once I notice so I understand why you put the in the effort to eradicate it.

Ok disregard, 2 days later the chirping was back, so I completely removed the exhaust mount, so far no chirping, I think that could be it,I put it in reverse with em brake on and could hear it chirping so I put pressure on the exhaust with my boot and the sound stopped, so I removed mount, let you know how this turns out, (ugg) I'm tired of dealing with this, I love the machine but can't stand the squeaking.

I have the same cricket squeaking noise from underneath by the exhaust somewhere. I tried spraying the motor mounts with lithium grease spray. It is still there. Did you remove the motor mount bolts or is that advisable. Thanks

No I did not remove them . Mine took more than one time spraying . But my opinion is not to remove anything. . The noise isn’t damaging anything other than our ears and Brain , just keep spraying after or before each ride

Copper base Anti-seize. will stop the noise on the motor mounts.

mine chirps, but I've thought it was the latches for the tailgate lift.
