thanks. my left one was not detected by my devices and I just tried the case cleaning and used a can air spray and it took the dust and even some ear wax out and finally my left airpod was able to be charged so it was simply my left having no charge and glad it wasn't something worse in terms of having to replace either the case or 1 airpod

For me nothing worked but I did get them to start working again.I went settings, then Bluetooth, clicked on AirPods and then “forget this device”. When I reconnected them it rebooted my AirPods and both started working again. Hope this helps :p

I try using q-tips,soapy Paper towel, then watery paper towel, then a dry paper towel.I also press the forget this device then open the lid and press back button.I also went to accessibility then audio/visual then made the balance in the middle.I also went to general and press transfer or rest phone then press reset I try reset network settings and reset all settings.But all I have to do is blow on the AirPods.I’m mad that I waste time but happy I found this video and fix my problem for my AirPods.

You are a God send. I blew in the charger and it didn’t work but then i got a can of compressed air and sprayed it in there and it worked! (Do NOT hold the can upside and do not hold down the spray, do it in bursts)
