Dear sir, thanks for reaching out here and really sorry for the late response. Please check all cables connection. Please unplug the tv power cable and hold tv power button for 5 second to release the static electricity. Wait 5 minutes and then plug in back all cables. Now turn on the problem and recheck again. My channels button in my settings will not open to allow me to scan for antenna channels. Most of the time the screen goes BLUE and then returns to the settings menu when I hit the channels button. On occassion, the channels menu opens for about 1/10th of a second and then it returns to the settings menu. HELP.

The last time my screen went black. A Phillip's tech said to push a certain button release then hold volume down and another button together for a few seconds. I forgot the other 2 buttons. But it fixed my 65" Phillip's. In just a few seconds. No unplugging and all those things that everyone already knows how to do. Do you know how to do it this way either remote

KZbin not working on my Philips tv. i bought tv july 2016. All was good. but youtube started to not work properly. now no video we can load. And now 2/3 days back my browser is also having issues. Apne tv website I watch series and movies there but now its not working. when I select a movie or serial to watch then i select the link suitable for tv then usually the movie gets started and can watch normally, but now as soon as I select link it diectly open a tab named New tab and nothing gets on.

Hi jomarnino jayme, could you explain is this happening after tv software update or not. 2 way to fix the problem 1. Reinstall the tv firmware again vi isb flash drive 2. Main board problem. Need to repair some bad capacitor or IC Before this you can unplug the power cable from wall and plug after 5 minutes latter. If not work then try above method. Any difficulties please let me know.
