Thank you, King, for making this video! I was having the same issue and came across your video which helped me tremendously!! I tried everything you suggested and also needed to change my paper (Blanks Galore) from premium presentation matte to the plain paper/bright white setting, and what a difference it made. The colors are clean and vibrant and I didn't even press yet!

Hello, thank you for all you do for the rest of us struggling with the ET 8550 color and printing settings. I am having issues with my black only, smearing. I have just changed settings on my printer as you suggested to Longer, thicker. Will the settings on the computer override these I set on the actual printer panel? I could not find these settings inside the settings in the computer. TU

I've been having a problem for months- a yellow blowout was happening nonstop, and I've consulted everyone I know. I tried it all- except some of the things in this video. I just tinkered with the settings and did a lot of tests and my problem, it seems, is now gone. I cannot thank you enough. I really can't. I was close to throwing in the towel.

it can help to some degree, but removing the rollers and having a flat level exit tray plays a big part as well.

I am yaving issues with the reer feed 13*19 paper bleeding pink. I changed the settings to standard and thick paper. Still same issue. The paper i selected was premium presentation matte. Any suggestions?

I am getting a bleed around part of my images. Most of the time it is a pink color. I have tried just about everything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I use cosmos ink. I don't have this issue with my 2760

If your printer with Premium Presentation Paper Matte change it to Presentation Paper Matte to see if that helps.
